Appearance
Trillo is from a race of small anthropomorphic bird people. His body shape is similar to that of small song birds but with more developed legs and an extra set of feathered arms in addition to his wings. He has a small crest that helps to indicate his emotions. He’s only about 10inches high which is short even for his race.
Personality
Trillo was a bit of a runt in his family and was teased and overlooked by his peers. They weren’t overly cruel but it did affect his confidence. As a result he feels the need to prove he is worth something to others around him and sometimes just to himself.
Trillo is pretty social and if he likes and respects someone he’ll be eager to please them. He’s not stupid but his youth makes him naïve and combined with a need to prove himself he could be manipulated by more corrupt characters.
Trillo is skittish around beings much bigger than himself (which is most people). It isn’t out of cowardice though just the instinctive reactions of being the member of a species often prayed on. He’s quite self-conscious of these kinds of reactions and it effects how he interacts with other species adding to his frustrations. Trillo can be surprisingly brave once he works up the courage and will confront creatures many times his size if he needs to.
Abilities
He’s not very intimidating in a fight or even much of a fighter but he’s not completely helpless. Agile when flying he’s difficult to catch or hit and can even do some damage with his beak or little claws.
Due to his small size he can hide quite well. -
